Christine and Joel
The Next Day
You know, weddings are pretty memorable events. However, if you really want to make things memorable, you have to include a freak snow storm.
This is the story of how Joel and Christine got married, went to the casinos, got stuck in the snow, and had to stay at a hotel on their wedding night (with
Christine's mom). After the wedding, a bunch of us went to the casinos for some gambling fun. When we arrived at the casinos the snow outside was
really light (I mean, really light - the kind that hits the ground and melts right away). Little did we know that once we got inside the casinos the snowfall had
increased and, instead of melting, the snow started to pile up. By the time we tried to leave the strip, the cars were buried and the roads were covered in snow.
Undaunted, the cars were dug out and we tried to make our way back to the cabin. Everything was going OK until we hit the big hill off the highway. The
cars just wouldn't make it up the hill. So, half of us (those of us with little kids to go home to) decided to trudge on in the snow up the hill back to the cabin
while the other half (Joel, Christine, et al) retreated back to Stateline for warm cozy hotel rooms.

The snow plow just came by! Everybody clean up! |
Corrina, maybe you should pack up Joel's stuff. |
How do you open this? |
How much did it snow last night? |
Will this ever end? |
Well, that's the front at least. |
